An introduction to the innius Admin app
The innius Admin app is where your innius environment is configured and managed. It is intended for users with an Admin role and is accessed through a web browser.
Who can use it?
Only users with the Admin role have access to the Admin app. This ensures that configuration changes can only be made by authorised users.
Which devices does it work on?
The Admin app is a web-based application and can be accessed from any modern desktop or laptop web browser. While it can be opened on tablets, it is designed primarily for configuration tasks on larger screens.
What is it used for?
The Admin app is used to configure and maintain your innius environment, including:
- Managing users and their authorisation roles.
- Configuring companies, machines and sensors.
- Creating and configuring manual sensors for use in the Operations app.
- Creating virtual sensors and data processing scripts.
- Defining shifts, thresholds, batches, recipes and tasks.
- Configuring KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Capacity Utilisation and Energy Efficiency.
- Managing API keys and security settings.
- Configuring trusted company connections and machine sharing.
