OEE Benchmarking report
Benchmarking is a helicopter view above machine level to compare
machines. With this report it is possible to analyze and compare up to 5
other machines with the selected machine. This has applications for comparisons of different machines along a production line, or similar machines in different production lines.
Like other OEE reports, this first requires that OEE has been configured in the Admin app. You can learn how to do this in the article: How do I configure the KPI: Overall Equipment Effectiveness?
The layout of this report is as follows:
1. Print button, like other reports.
2. Time period selection, using either predefined time periods, or selecting a custom period.
3. Selection of machines, from the dropdown list. Note that the machine profile within which the report is opened, is selected by default. Up to 5 other machines can be selected.
4. The graph is zoomable, and hovering over a datapoint shows a pop-up with the specific data for that point.
5. The data table, which can be downloaded to Excel.
