OEE Drilldown report
The OEE Drilldown report presents the OEE data for the selected
period in a graph based on the well known textbook OEE diagram. It
allows a drilldown into the OEE calculation data, and in particular to
identify the different reasons for loss and how these compare.
Like other OEE features, this firstly needs to be configured in the Admin app. Read more in the article: How do I configure the KPI: Overall Equipment Effectiveness?
Similar to other reports it has the following features:
1. Like other reports it can be printed via the print button.
2. The time period can be selected either using the preconfigured periods,
or a custom period. Once this has been selected, together with the 'View
by' selection, press 'Plot' to generate the graph and tables. Any
changes to these settings, will require the button to be pressed again.
3. The bar graph itself follows the textbook OEE model, it can't be edited or zoomed. It breaks down the data, based on availability, performance and quality, and highlights the losses.
4. The data table, presents the data sue for the bar graph, and in addition, when downtime reasons are assigned, breakdowns the downtime per assigned reason.
