MTTR Report

MTTR Report

The MTTR Report allows you to view the Mean Time To Repair data per hour, day, or week, depending on the selected timeframe.

Remember: The MTTR KPI, is a measure of how long it is taking to conduct repairs and get equipment and production lines operational again. The lower the MTTR, the better your maintenance operations are. This could be down to expertise, training, availability of spare parts, and it also says something about the severity of incidents due to the general condition of the equipment.

To use the MTTR Report:

  1. Open the report from the Reports page.
  2. Select a standard time period (this year, this month, this week, today) or select a custom period (1.).
  3. You have the option to shift the time period to the previous or next one (2.).
  4. Select the data level you want to display, which will change between hour, day and week depending on the selected timeframe (3.).
  5. The report will be generated in the form of a data table below (4.) This displays the period, the MTTR target, the MTTR value in minutes, the total standstill time in minutes, and the number of failures. This allows quick analysis and comparison of the MTTR behaviour. This data table can also be downloaded as an Excel file.
