The OEE report gives is very similar to the OEE
KPI Details page, however there are a few differences. Firstly the OEE report, like other reports, can be printed (
1.). Secondly, you can choose the granularity of the data with the view by selection (
3.). Also the KPI data itself is available in table format, which can be downloaded as an Excel file (
7.). Reports are more about deeper analysis over longer periods. Whereas from the KPI details point of view, the focus is more upon events, comments and the current situation.
Apart from those differences the OEE report follows a fairly standard report layout as follows:
2. The time period can be selected either using the preconfigured periods, or a custom period. Once this has been selected, together with the 'View by' selection, press 'Plot' to generate the graph and tables. Any changes to these settings, will require the button to be pressed again.
4. The tiles show the OEE value for the selected period, the target, and the difference between the value and the target.
5. The graph itself is zoomable, and hovering over a datapoint shows a pop-up with the specific data for that point.
6. The legend below the graph, shows the different lines, which can be clicked on or off, to show or hide them from the graph.
7. The table 'KPI detailed values' shows all the data, as displayed in the graph. This can also be downloaded to Excel.
8. Below that there is a table which breaks down the OEE data for the selected period, based on the configured shifts. This can also be downloaded to Excel.
9. Below that there is a table which compares the OEE data for the selected period, with the previous period. This too can be downloaded to Excel.
